What is the difference between capsules and powders?
Most people who have taken both capsules and powders have reported a quicker response with the powders. The capsules are just as effective, but may take a few days or a week or two before feeling a difference. This is due to the nutritives being digested, absorbed, and utilized more effectively due to saliva mixing directly with the product (the first stage of digestion) and the body not having to wait for the capsules to break down. If taking powder form, place no more than 1/2 tablespoon at a time directly on the tongue (hold your breath since the supplement is in powder form) and swallow with water, or mix full dose in a couple of ounces of citrus, apple, or tomato juice.
