Calculus X16A-S and X16B-S are designed for students in business, the social and biological sciences, and the liberal arts. Calculus X1A-S and X1B-S are more rigorous courses intended for students in mathematics, computer science, engineering, or mathematical economics. However, please note that 3 units of any of these courses satisfies admission requirements for the Haas School of Business Evening and Weekend M.B.A. Program.
