What is the difference between BYO and BYOB?
A. The terms are often used interchangeably. However, BYOB is occasionally interpreted as “Bring Your Own Beer”or “Bring Your Own Booze.”Additionally,”BYOB Restaurant” is usually interpreted as meaning that the restaurant has no wine list. Since GoBYO is focused only on restaurants that permit patrons to Bring Your Own Wine and most of them also have their own wine lists, it uses the acronym BYO rather than BYOB.
