What is the difference between building format and standard format units?
Building Format units were formerly known as Strata Title Units and Standard Format Units as Group Title Units. Building Format Units are high rise buildings (2 storeys or more). standard Format Units are low rise buildings (under 2 storeys), commonly known as “townhouses”.
