What is the difference between biorhythm and IHS-Biorhythm?
Biorhythm (sometimes spelled bio-rhythm) is usually defined as a system of three major cycles beginning at birth. This is a physical cycle of 23 days, an emotional cycle of 28 days, and an intellectual cycle of 33 days. These cycles have been shown to affect patterns of behavior. There are excellent books that give the history of biorhythm, teach you how to make your own biorhythm chart and tell you what to expect on certain days, as indicated by your chart (see Recommended Sites, Books, Et cetera Page).
