What is the difference between Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Pole Fit?

0

The Beginner Pole Fit class is a highly recommended class to take if you have never attended such a class before. Particular care and time is taken to explain each of the unique moves in this class. Intermediate classes are still for all levels, however, the pace is slightly faster and less time is spent teaching the moves. In the Advanced pole fit, it is expected that participants are completely familiar with the moves of Pole Fit and the pace of the class is fast. In each level, participants can still work at their own pace – the level mainly refers to the time that is spent “teaching” the moves. All levels of “fitness” are welcome to each class, however, for new participants, the beginner class will allow you to become familiar with the moves and format of the class.
