What is the difference between Basic, Deluxe and Premium services?
Our Premium and Deluxe services involve you in the design decisions made during the creative process. Premium service includes a custom- sculpted body; deluxe service includes a custom-painted stock body. Once we’ve emailed your order confirmation and invoice, we assign you a manager. Your manager sends an introductory email, and may send you further emails to ensure that we have all the information we need. After about 1 week for Express orders or 2 weeks for Standard orders, you will receive pictures of the unpainted head (and of the body for custom bodies). You can request changes to the doll or give your approval to move on to the next step in the process. The first set of changes is free of charge. If you request changes, you will receive another set of photos in a few days. Again, you can request changes (but you will be charged for them) or approve. Once you have approved the photos, we paint the doll. Once again, you will receive photos so you can approve them or request change
Deluxe service includes in-process photos of dolls, that will be sent to you so you can give us feedback on the sculpted head and the painted doll. We will continue correcting the doll until you are satisfied. The first round of sculpting and painting changes are each free and subsequent rounds are charged $5 per round of changes. If the sculpted head has to be resculpted from scratch after it is painted, this incurs a charge of $20. Basic service does not include in process photos, the doll is made, reviewed by our expert customer service person for quality and then sent to you. Both services include a custom sculpted head and a completely custom painted doll. Since the doll is custom made and cannot be restocked, there is a no refund policy on all of our products.
