What is the difference between Basic and Detailed searches?
Basic searching allows horsepeople to quickly obtain property matches for very basic criterion. Basic searching, with broad parameters entered, will generally return the most property-listing matches. Detailed searches should be used to answer, for example, a question such as “where can I buy a property in the U.S. or Canada that has 10 or more acres, vinyl fencing, is in an area with less than 2 inches of snow per year, and costs less than $300,000?” Such a detailed search is best served by saving it under the Saved Search option available to all site visitors.
