Auto-Scan will scan according to the time interval set and this is done only when the Surf In Privacy Application is running. If the Application is shut down, then Auto-Scan stops working. If you set the Scan Reminder option, scanning is performed at the scheduled intervals even if the Application is shut down. Scan Reminder restarts the Surf In Privacy Application and starts the scanning process in the background at the scheduled interval. Back to Spyware Cleaner FAQs!
