What is the difference between artificial turf and carpet?
Carpet is more attractive and also more expensive. Carpet can only be used on plywood floors. It is installed similar to the way carpet is installed in your home. Artificial turf can be placed directly on the grass as long as it is cut short. It is taped together and is not as attractive as carpet. It will stop heels from sinking into the ground and will hide unsightly areas. Once all the rentals are set up on the artificial turf it basically disappears. P.J.
