What is the difference between Aristolochia and Pararistolochia vines?
Labels and references have been known to be written both ways but the true way to tell is by seed dispersal. Aristolochia has seed pods which split open unaided and disperse windblown seeds. Pararistolochia has seed capsules which need to be fractured to release seeds and they are not wind dispersed.
