An FRG Leader is a volunteer who the commander has selected to run the company level FRG. The FRG Deployment Assistant or FRGDA is a paid member of the BCT staff who serves as liaison and unit family readiness expert and who provides task support requested by the commander and the FRG advisors and can even provide that task support to FRG Leaders and volunteers when needed.
