What Is The Difference Between An Organism Habitat And Its Niche?
Niche includes more specific information. Think of a niche as “how the organism makes a living” or the organism’s “job”. A bass and a minnow can live in the same habitat but there niches in that habitat are different. At the very least bass eat small fish and minnow eat even smaller things. They both have different ways of making a living and therefore different niches.
