The Order/Notice to Withhold is an Administrative Order and a Wage Assignment is a Court Order and require that wages be withheld to pay child support, medical support, and/or spousal support obligations. Both are based on valid child support court orders and should be treated the same. Within this section, the terms are equivalent and interchangeable.
