WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN OPEN TRAILER AND AN ENCLOSED TRAILER ?
An open trailer is exposed to the elements whereas an enclosed trailer has a covered freight area. Open trailers are usually used more often than enclosed carriers. The main reason is the price since enclosed trailers are significantly more expensive. Enclosed trailers are used for classic or exotic cars.
