An on-site feng shui consultation is a first hand experience by the feng shui consultant, while an off-site consult is based on second hand information provided by the client. When a feng shui consultant is on-site, he/she can gather all the pertinent information. Also, being personally present, he/she will get a good sense of the vibrations that are in the house and on the property. She/He will receive information that a client may miss. An off-site consult is based completely on the information provided by the client. The accuracy of the floor plan, site map, the magnetic north arrow, and the clarity of the photographs the client provides will influence the accuracy of the feng shui analysis and recommendations. For the most part, clients provide efficient floor plans and photographs to allow for a good general feng shui analysis and recommendations.
