What is the difference between an ITC Provider and a Centre?
A. Providers are individuals who are accredited to deliver ITC qualifications, providing they follow the quality procedures of ITC they will remain on the ITC list of accredited Providers. Provider status stays with the individual if they change employment. These FAQ in this list relate to Providers. Centres are accredited to deliver ITC qualifications, they are establishments that have access to suitably qualified staff and the resources to internally verify the performance of these staff. Centres are typically educational establishments like FE colleges. When staff move away from the Centre they lose their ITC status.
