I am a Nigerian, starting with a new and growing company. We are a Computer Generated Imagery company and I do everything apart from CGI. We are going through re-structuring and my boss has asked for which position I want. My choices are between an executive secretary and a general secretary, so I would like to know the difference and which carries a higher rank and respect.
