What is the difference between an event and a task?
You can add events and tasks to your calendar. They both have a title and a date. An event has a specific time and duration. You can invite or inform others about an event. An event can be scheduled on your calendar by someone else. One example of an event is a meeting.You can schedule a task on your calendar as a reminder for yourself. You can specify “not due” when you just want to call the task to your attention. You can specify “no time” when the task can be done anytime during that day.
