If you request an evaluation copy, we begin processing it as soon as we generate an ISBN for your custom reader. (See What happens after I have built my table of contents and submitted my request? above.) If you would like to receive a printed evaluation copy, check the appropriate box on the Submit Project tab. If you wish to change the content of your book after reviewing the evaluation copy, you must do so prior to placing an order with your bookstore. Desk copies are final versions of the book. They are shipped directly to you 4 to 6 weeks after we receive an order from your bookstore. (See How do I order desk copies? below.) If you order an evaluation copy and find that changes to your book are unnecessary, the evaluation copy becomes one of your desk copies.
