The Encore headset has a tone control switch, the Supra headset does not. The Encore Binaural headset has a yokeless cable design, which means that there is only one cable coming down from the headset. The Supra Binaural has two wires coming down from the headset and terminates in a yolk. Both the Encore and the Supra can be purchased with noise canceling microphones. The supra does not have the tone control feature or have the swiveling earpieces, which the Encore does have. On the Binaural versions of these headsets, the Supra has a Yoked Binaural cable design.
