What is the difference between an El Pachuco Zoot Suit and a “Zoot Tux”?
El Pachuco Zoot Suits are authentic replicas of this 1940’s classic style. Our knee length coats have broad shoulders and a tapered waist. The high waisted pants are wide at the knee, and taper to a narrow cuff. A “Zoot Tux,” a creation of tuxedo shops, is a plain tux-suit with a longer than usual coat, clip-on suspenders, and a chain.
