What is the difference between an assistant and head teacher?

0

Head teachers are always Montessori educated. They are ultimately responsible for observations of the children in their class. They develop and maintain the learning environment, which promotes the wonder and joy of learning. The assistant supports the teacher in all areas from observations and supervision to maintenance of the environment. Because Fountainhead offers a Montessori Training Program, many of our assistants are currently enrolled in the classes. They may be currently working on their Montessori internship, student teaching, or have already completed their Montessori training.
