The AppraisalGIS.com® partner is inputting their own data, making it available for sharing with the other partners and also has access to the data being input by all other partners. The data warehouse client enters their own data; it is not made available to any other party and the data warehouse client does not have access to any of the data input by any of the partners. The data warehouse client inputs their own data for storage; it is linked to the GIS and the data can be analyzed in the GIS. Both the partners and data warehouse clients have use of the GIS and will have access to the Statistics Canada data when available. For the AppraisalGIS.com partner a monthly account balance of $1000 is maintained and $50 is charged for each data transaction, of which $25 goes to the inputer of the data. The AppraisalGIS.com® data warehouse client pays a monthly fee of $200.
