What is the difference between an American Blend and a Virginia Blend cigarette?
Cigarettes are made worldwide. An American blend cigarette does not indicate that it is made in the USA. This is simply a blend taste for the particular type of cigarette. An American blend cigarette is a blend of both Burley and Virginia tobacco leaves as well as small amounts of others. A Virginia Blend cigarette, also called an English Blend, is a blend which consists of mostly all Virginia leaf tobacco with very little or no Burley leaf tobacco. Additives such as flavoring and small amounts of other tobaccos such as Turkish and Asia tobaccos also contribute to a cigarette taste.
