What is the difference between an alias e-mail account and a POP3 e-mail account?
Our POP3 mail server is mail.yourdomain.com (or .ca or .org). To use an e-mail address you have already set-up with us, you will need to set-up a POP3 account on your e-mail program. For example if the first part of your email address is “bob” then the username would be bob+yourdomain.net (note that your username looks like your e-mail address, but with a “+” instead of an “@”). And also make sure you type in your password correctly since it is case sensitive.
