What is the difference between Alien Dissident and Alien Nation?
First of all, it is a temporary heuristic distinction which is based on the quality of the contact and, above all, on the consideration of the subjectivities involved. In some way it is a simple distinction which is useful to explain the complex UFO phenomenology through logic means which are comprehensible for our terrestrian system. The Alien Nation is the alien confederation faithful to the principle of the minimum intervention in the terrestrian processes of growth (called “first directive”). The Alien Dissident is a faction of the same confederation which doesn’t follow this directive.
