What is the difference between alcoholic and non-alcoholic beers?

0

In general, non-alcoholic beers are made in one of three ways: 1) a very short fermentation to get a “beery” taste but very little alcohol; 2) a normal fermentation followed by removal of alcohol by means of a selective filter; or 3)a combination of the above methods. Every brewery has his own methods and trade secrets – this is one of ours.
