What is the difference between agency and at-risk construction managers?
Agency construction managers act as the representative or agent of the owner and simply report back to the owner on the progress of the project. Their services can include obtaining and evaluating bids for the owner, preparing contracts, coordinating and scheduling. Other services may include cost estimations, value engineering and general supervision of construction activities.
