Africa Rural Connect (ARC) is a program that is supported by the NPCA to give people who served in Africa an opportunity to share their experiences by discussing ideas with the African Diaspora, other development workers, and leaders. It focuses on agricultural development in Sub-Saharan Africa and awards seed funding to the best ideas.
