What is the difference between adopting a Uni-K or a Uni-DB plan?
Uni-DB is a defined benefit plan designed exclusively for sole proprietors and business owners age 45 or older with five or fewer employees (including the business owner). The business generally should be in existence for three or more years and the business owner willing to make ongoing mandatory annual contributions for a period of five years or more.
