What is the difference between adding a Profile Photo and adding Private Photos?
There are two types of photo. Your Profile photo appears next to your Profile and is visible by everyone. This should be a head and shoulders shot of yourself only with your face clearly visible….and don’t forget to smile! Private Photos can be uploaded and viewed in your Private Photo Gallery and then attached to messages you send out via the Online Messenger. You can add as many Private Photos as you want and these can only be seen by people who you choose to send them to. Some people use the Private Gallery to add Private Photos of themselves that cannot be shown in the public area but others add photos of themselves on holiday, with family or friends, or even their pets. It is totally up to you what photos you add to your Private Gallery. So to summarise your Profile photo is visible to all but your private photos can only be seen by people you send them to.
