What is the difference between active members and affiliate members?
Both active and affiliate members must pay an annual membership fee of $20 for the entire year (or $10 every term). Active members are expected to come to as many general meetings as they can and are allowed to chair committees or join committees. Affiliate members, on the other hand, are expected to come to at least one meeting each term and while they are not allowed to chair committees, they are encouraged to join committees and help the group out during events.
