What is the difference between activation and registration? How do I locate my product serial number?
Activation is completely separate from product registration. Activation is required to use our software past the trial period. Registration is required for customers in order to receive technical support, and to receive information about product updates. Your product serial number is located in our purchase confirmation email. After activation, it is also available in the Help menu in Mekko Graphics (as opposed to the Help menu in PowerPoint) on the About screen. It is in the format xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx with mixed characters. If it is still a trial version, it will say “trial version”.
