What is the difference between Action for Children North Carolina and the N.C. Child Advocacy Institute (NCCAI)?
Action for Children North Carolina and the N.C. Child Advocacy Institute are the same organization; “Action for Children” is simply the organization’s new name, changed in April 2006. Since 1983, Action for Children North Carolina, formerly known as the North Carolina Child Advocacy Institute (NCCAI), has acted as a leader in securing the opportunities needed for all of North Carolinas children to flourish.
