Hmmm, I could have sworn I posted this already. I’m no expert, but as far as I know, the only difference is the antigen: infection with H1N1 versus H1N1 vaccine. The physiological process is the same; although acute infection with H1N1 virus would likely stimulate a more vigorous immune response than “infection” with the H1N1 vaccine.
