Simply Accounting was developed for small to medium size companies and uses “real time processing”. Real time processing posts transactions to the General Ledger in an orderly fashion – one transaction at a time. Sage ACCPAC was designed for medium to large companies who have a high volume of transactions to process and uses the “batch processing” method to process transactions.
