What is the difference between a weak and afflicted planet as far as significations go?
A weak planet is unable to protect /promote its significations. The weak planet also causes delays. If an afflicted planet is strong it gives some tension as per the level of affliction and nature of the afflicting planet. If an afflicted planet is weak the significations of such a weak planet are damaged and lost.
