What is the difference between a Venture Capital firm and an Angel Investor?

0

Angel investors make their own decisions as opposed to a venture capital firm who will generally have board or group of people making a decision for investors that have pooled money together. Angel investors tend to be more involved in the businesses that they invest in where as venture capital firms do not. Angel investors typically don’t own as large a stake in the company as a venture capital firm would.
