What is the difference between a vendor and a supplier?
Legally, they are interchangeable. I don’t know what industry you are in, but there may be some customary difference to differentiate a vendor as being a middleman to the manufacturer. Also, some governments and ngos supply materials for various reasons and would not necessarily be considered vendors. A donor is not necessarily a vendor.
