What is the difference between a Vegan diet and a “Organic” foods diet?

0

The Vegan diet is defined by the source of the food, whether from plants or from animals. A total vegan diet would contain only food from plant sources. A vegetarian diet or lacto oval vegetarian diet usually contains milk, cheese, eggs, and other animal products but no meat or fish. Organically gorwn food is defined by how the food product is produced. In simple terms organically grown food (plant or animal) are those grown or raised without chemical fertilizers, poisonous pesticides, herbicides, homones, or other potentially harmful substances commonly used in farming.
