What is the difference between a Username and an Organization ID?
A TechSoup user profile and an organization account each have their own distinct ID and password. Your Username is created when you join TechSoup as an individual and is used to log into the TechSoup website. The Organization ID is created for an organization during initial registration and serves to associate User profiles to existing organization accounts, linking users as authorized agents in the process. Unlike the Username, the Organization ID is never used to log in.
