What is the difference between a User account and Administrator account?

There are two account types in our system, one is the Administrator account, which is designed to administer your account; this account allows you to update billing and account information, and also allows you to add additional fax numbers. The other account type is the User account, this account allows you to access the web based user interface where you can download faxes and update your user preferences. When you visit the main page, there is a drop-down box in the login section which allows you to choose either the Administrator or User account.

The other account type is the User account, this account allows you to access the web based user interface where you can download faxes and update your user preferences. When you visit the website, there will be a selection box when logging in, which allows you to choose either “Manage Accounts” or “Manage Voicemails”. Please use your Administrator email when managing accounts and your User email when managing voicemails. Please note, in most cases you can use the same email address for both.
