What is the difference between a Term Homestay and a Monthly Homestay?
The Term Homestay Program is for international college students who are enrolled at a school, college, or university for one term or more. Pay your homestay fees as you pay your tuition, once at the beginning of the term, then relax and enjoy your homestay! Term Homestay fees are due within 3 days of after the start of your homestay. There is no cancellation deposit and you may end your homestay at any time and receive a refund of your remaining term fees. We just ask that you tell us and your host family at least two weeks before you plan to leave.
