A Straight-Through Ethernet cable connects your MediaMVP to your computer through a Hub, Switch or a Router. Both the MediaMVP and the computer must be connected to the same Hub, Switch or Router. A Cross-Over Cable connects the MediaMVP directly to the PC using your network card.
