A standard qPCR probe is purified by HPLC and is available for wide variety of dye-quencher pairs. For selected dye–quencher pairs, Eurofins MWG Operon has tested probes that have been purified using our proprietary QuickLC purification method. These QuickProbe qPCR probes have a much higher yield than HPLC-purified probes, and QuickProbe qPCR probes are typically shipped within just 2 days—less than half the typical delivery time of standard qPCR probes!
