What is the difference between a standard inspection and a limited inspection?

0

A standard inspection follows the complete NCHILB Standards of Practice. All typical home inspections, new construction, sellers, and multi-family inspections are standard inspections. A limited inspection only follows those sections of the Standards of Practice that the client specifically requests. Investors inspections, draw, phase, 5-point, and single-system inspections are limited inspections. Limited inspections do not follow the complete Standards of Practice.
