What is the difference between a standard 6ft patch cable and a 6ft cross over cable ?
Most modems require a standard straight-thru Ethernet cable or USB cable to interact with your PC (or internet router, if you have one). The modem manufacturer provides this cable. For some scenarios, a crossover cable is needed to allow signal state between the DSL modem and the network card in your machine (or internet router). If you have some special requirements for your DSL, please contact our technical team for assistance or advice.
