The simple job search is a quick search designed to show jobs in a particular industry, location, time frame as to when the jobs were posted, or specific keywords that are linked to the job. The advanced search is a more robust feature that assigns different weightings through a scale that includes keywords, industry, location, job posting time frames, wage levels, educational levels, experience, job type, status, certifications and credentials. The advanced search provides both the job seeker and the employer with a weighting indicator scale to enable the job seeker and employer to narrow requirements according to their needs. The advanced search feature allows both the employer and the job seeker to control and measure those factors that are most important in finding the best match for both parties.
