The reusable Quick-Crate is constructed completely from 3/4″ plywood and has bolted pallet blocks for maximum longevity over the course of many return cycles. The 1-way Quick-Crate is constructed from 3/4″ OSB material, has nailed pallet blocks and a plywood base panel for durability during shipping. The 1-way crate is designed to be used in a situation where getting the crates back is not feasible or as a cost-effective alternative, without sacrificing the strength of the reusable system. Typically you will see an average drop in price of 30-40% with the 1-way crate versus the reusable crate, depending on size and volume.
